Conduct Know How® for Safe Schools

The National Association of Independent Schools and The Association for Boarding Schools created a Task Force on Education Sexual Misconduct which produced recommendations for school leaders entitled, Prevention and Response. The study indentified 100 actions in five catagories that they believe will lead to prevention and the reduction of child abuse by employees in schools. The five catagories are policies, hiring, training, supervision and reporting. “Outside experts can help a school address educator sexual misconduct, and such an investment often proves cost-effective in the long term.”
