Of all the things I love to do, helping people is my greatest joy. Often, helping people and organizations is about navigating a course of action to resolve a problem, make a big move or invent a new solution. Having served as a director of human resources in a large school district of 8,000+ employees and provided consulting to dream companies, I appreciate the complicated conundrums that arise and the need to find solutions. My intent is to provide K-12 schools thoughtful, well-reasoned human resource solutions that equip you to achieve your targets, increase change capability, mitigate conduct risk, and ensure a safe work environment for students and staff.

Lyndal brings over 20 years of executive level human resource leadership and results in agile enterprise environments to HRSimpleSolution. She has extensive experience and expertise in organizational development, performance management and change management aligning leadership initiatives to strengthen organizational competitive advantage and excellence in the workplace. She has led teams in transformational change, strategic planning, operations and directed all aspects of employee relations in both the public education and private sectors in Fortune 1000 organizations She specializes in Sexual Misconduct Prevention & Response, Enterprise Change Management and is a dynamic organizational trainer.
Prior to establishing HRSimpleSolution LLC, Lyndal was a Vice-President of Operations & Human Resources at Prime Source Staffing, Director of Human Resources in the Cherry Creek Public Schools, Human Resource Business Partner at CenturyLink and a Senior Manager of Performance Management at tw Telecom. She holds a BA in Mathematics from UCLA, a MA from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in Administration & Supervision and a teaching credential from the University of Denver. She earned certifications in Leadership Coaching from Change Place Executive Leadership Coaching Program, Change Management from the PROSCI Institute and an Employment Law Certificate from Employers Council.
